If a match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled timeframe, the original stake is generally refunded. However, outcomes may vary depending on the applicable betting rules.
Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. Bit Visa's decision shall be considered final, and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with international betting standards.
